I'm new here and I downloaded the Glucose Buddy last night to keep track of my counts and weight loss. I read that this integrates with CT. I downloaded this as well. But cannot get it to open. The app is there, but when I click on it, all that appears is a screen that reads Healthycloud, then it dissappears and goes back to my screen to choose apps. Now, when I open my GB, there is a CT Integration picture that I can choose and it takes me to the page to download this. But when I do, it says it has been installed. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Do you now have on your device an App called "Calorie Tracker"? If not, download the free version of the App and install it. This is what your need to run in addition to what you have already done. I hope it helps and I am sorry to be so long in answering your post.
