Question Reminder question

I just started using GB and have it on my iPad because I have a droid-based phone. It is great that when I'm working on the iPad I get interrupted with reminders, but for some reason the sound alert does not go off. Any suggestions on how to get the sound part working? I did check and the volume is, and has been, turned up. Thanks!

I don't have the iPad, I use the iPhone, but the reminder goes off when I open the GB App that the reminder pops up.

Hmm, I've only gotten a black box that says "check BG." I'm going to try leaving the app open tonight for my 12am reminder, and see what happens,

Smiles,
Jenny

Smile iPad2 with no sound on reminders

Double click on the home button, slide the multi-tasking menu bar to the right until you see the brightness/iPod/volume menu and remove the mute from the volume button (see attached picture).

I hope this helps!
