Ive been in and out if hospital where to docs and nurses have controled everything i eat and drink and giving all insulin injections ! and still they cant get it right . They just sent me home in the end , ive been lucky so far hypos always wake me up if im asleep and can always fell them coming on i still find it hard to limit food intake for hypos as i have 2 small children and just want it over asap so end up eating way to many biscuts of jam butties !! Im starting to get symptoms of poor control ( awfull red rash on leg which has been spreding for 2 years from pea size to about 10cms my eyes arnt the best anymore and im snappy and depressed ) im very scared of what my future holds ! My partner has just been diagnosed type 2 so know im extreamly worried about children and if they are going to get it thay are very active and sugar intake is at a minimum neither me or my partner are over weight just bad luck i guess no1 in my side of family has diabeties so not sure where it comes from ,partners is genetic . Anyway now i found this place to have a winge and moan lol and get sone good advice and info im gonna work my hardest to beat it down (hba1c between 8 and 12 ) not good

clare76; Thanks for keeping us up to date. I wish that we could help with the pump info, but neither Jeff nor I use the pump. There is some information in the Pump Section. I hope that you find the info that you need.
