So my mom came to visit yesterday and I've been feeling like crap for a while (tired mood swings, just exhausted all the time) anyway she checked my BG it was 305.. This was 3 hrs after a meal and this am I took it while fasting it was 188.. Does this sound like type 2 diabetes or just hyperglycemia??

Normal Blood Sugars are:
Fasting BG 70-99 mg/dl
BG 2 Hours After High Carbs < 140 mg/dl
