What snacks between meals won't raise my sugar. Can somebody tell me their experience. My sugar goes up mainly due to not controlling snack food.

For some unknown reason, I can eat a regular size Payday candy bar and not spike, but any other candy runs BS up. No clue....

I've found a variety of snack foods. I have unsweetened applesauce with stevia, I love the power crunch bars. One of them is only 10g carbs. Almonds work for me as well. Good luck!

I'm a new diabetic, but nuts and seeds are working. Put them in a small sandwich bag and hold in your pocket.
