Pay attention to when you spike in sugar as everyone is different and try to find a pattern and add whatever sets you off as an off limit or in moderation food.

I'm a little cynical about nutritionists as I was told with my first pregnancy to include breads and milk in my breakfast and those were terrible for my sugars.

I have been eating "SANE" which cuts all starches and sweeteners (stevia is ok) and it's been the best thing for me. Look up carriebrown.com for some great recipes.

Don't stress over it. Just makes things worse. See an acupuncturist and an herbalist so these horrible meds don't hurt your baby!!!! Wise up and take western medicine with a grain of salt. Most meds are totally unnecessary and do way more harm and very little good. Eastern medicine treats the source of an illness. Western medicine just treats the symptoms with dangerous drugs. There is NO patient care. It's ALL
About money. Please help yourself and your baby and don't allow ANY drugs into your system while pregnant
Today's doctors are f*cked up
And only care about their paycheck and kickbacks from Big Pharma and the medical companies that push totally unnecessary tests just to pad the bill. They could care less about you and even less about your poor baby. It sickens me!!
