Default sync problem

I'm still having a perpetual and annoying sync issue. My reading sync only about 20% of the time and the error given is always a failure to connect to the server. It's not my IPod because I've been using the same device since day 1. Are they ever going to get this fixed?

Default Sync problems

I have an iPhone 4 and sometimes have sync problems, so I checked everything, including making sure my account name and password for Glucose Buddy was accurate, with the following results:

1. Sometimes I still get the "can't sync because the server couldn't be accessed" message. This has occurred at home and at my son's house way across the country. There is no totally reliable place in my house to sync successfully. Very strange.

2. Sometimes syncing fails, and it's hard to tell if it's a question of being in the right place in the house—near the router, far away from the router. Because it's inconsistent, I can't tell exactly what's going on, and thus I can't fix it except by moving from one place to another to try again.

Recommendation: make sure your iPhone user name and password for Glucose Buddy matches what you have on your computer. This solution works best (usually—see #1 and 2) for me. At one point, I got my passwords mixed up, and nothing happened until I got everything straight. Then, BINGO, it synched quickly.

Good luck. Any other solutions out there?

Some times it works, most times it doesn't. I don't think my issue has anything to with my id and password. Both my ipad and iPhone experience the same problem. I now think that an import/export function on the app would serve better.
