For some reason I have a hard time with the sync. Then when I go on line. The only records there are old with nothing for the last few weeks. I wrote a comment for help but have never had a reply. If someone could help me please e mail me at kilgore0612@yahoo

Everyone is having problems with the sync. Just take a look in the "Glucose Buddy Specific (Questions/Support)" Section.

If there's an answer, please post it instead of a link to what appears to be just more people who are frustrated getting empty words of "support." I'm more frustrated now.

Just keep hitting the "Quick Sync" throughout the day. It will sync.

Yes, hitting the Quick Sync seems to work. Sometimes I have to hit it multiple times. I have found that I have the best luck in the middle of the day ... but I'm not sure if that's just luck or if less people are trying to sync at that time.
