Default IOS7/Internet explorerer 10

I can't get this to sync - just spent a bunch of time logging numbers to get us up-to-date and I can't get it to sync...just goes round and round...HELP!

From the GB Help thread:

Current Problems, with the GB website, when using Internet Explorer (IE) Version 9

If you are using IE9, as your browser, you will not be able to change the calendar date unless you revise the "compatibility mode". You may also use another browser; Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Safari all work.

I changed my browser to Google Chrome but it just spins and spins

The website may be offline at the time you are trying to access it. Just make sure you are connected to wifi and try again later. Also you can check to make sure it is working by using your iPhone to log into the website.

I can access by my phone, I'm at home so I have all the internet connection I need...still not syncing Not sure what I am doing wrong..I have about 80 records to upload

Try the "Sync All" function, under Settings.

not sure what the glitch was but wanted to make sure you knew I got it to work and love my reports that can be made in Excel!
