Double check your Pick Med(s) listing. Make sure that you have the Med's listed as something like "Novolog (units)", [IE Name Of Inuslin with (units) in parenthesis]. I set mine up this way, years ago, and I have never had a problem with the "(units)" not displaying on the uploads.

NOTE: If you use "Insulin" as a "Medicine" you will not be able to sync. The App does not like this at all. You will need to change "Insulin" to the name of the insulin to sync. Examples of insulin names to use are "Levemir", "NovoLog", "Regular" etc., after you change this you should be able to sync successfully.

Also go to the GB Website; Settings; Make sure that your Medicine Unit: is set to units instead of mg.
I expect that you will find your problem here.

I only track meds as Novolog (units) or Levimer (units), since it is the most important to me. I know that I am going to take the pills and so does my doctor, therefore, I don't even track the pills. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
