Default Scared of my meds

I'm newly compliant on my meds and I fear that I will go too low when I'm home alone with my 4 year old. This anxiety is overwhelming me. I need to get my health in check but I find that I sabatoge myself out of fear. My doctor was very good at listening to my concerns but I just can't get the thoughts out of my head. I'm so afraid to lose control of my body and my baby be scared until my husband gets home. How do I deal?

First. If you take your medusas directed. Eat sensibly and at regular times you will be fine. You need to identify how many carbs you will eat at each meal. Write everything down. Track what you eat. When you eat and when you take your meds/insulin. Then start by taking your blood glucose every two hours throughout the day.
