Default Confused

I'm waiting to get results from a glucose tolerance test, but I was using a personal meter at the same time. I did a 2 hour test with blood taken before and after, and also at 30 minutes and one hour. My personal meter showed 85 (typical fasting number), 170, 205, and 125. I went for the tests because I am having a hard time with reactive hypoglycemia. Fruits, rice and other simple sugars seems to set it off - even fruits like apples and grapes can send me plummeting to high 30s and low 40s an hour later. I've never seen a number in the 50s or 60s. Seems to go straight from healthy to really low. IDK what the test results will mean, but I slept for 4 hours straight and had a horrible headache the rest of the day. Is that normal? As far as diet, I have no idea what modifications to make. Blah, so confused. Been hypo since elementary school and finally checking it out at 29. I want to sort it out before my 1st pregnancy.
