Default Sync failure message

I am getting the following message whenever I try to synch. I am using an iPhone5 on IOS 6:

"An Unprocessabel Entity Error has occurred. This condition may be temporary. Please try again."

I have not been able to sync now for 2 days and have powered down and restarted my phone to no avail.

Please help or I will have to look at an alternative product.

PLEASE IGNORE. I found the answer in the GB Help section of this forum and fixed the sync issue by deleting the insulin entry I had made yesterday. The help note is as follows:
"Sync Problems; While Using Insulin as a Medicine

If you are using "Insulin" as a "Medicine" you will not be able to sync. The App does not like this at all. You will need to change "Insulin" to the name of the insulin to sync. Examples of insulin names to use are "Levemir", "NovoLog", "Regular" etc., after you change this you should be able to sync successfully."

The "GB Help" thread works wonders.
