I have a friend, my Meter, it lets me know how my body reacts to what I eat. If my meter does not like it I find something else to eat.

Using my meter I discovered that stone ground whole wheat pita bread works best as a bread for me. Of course with online research, it does have a lower Glycemic Index. So now I have something to spread my peanut butter on! LOL

Seriously there are so many great and good things out there to eat, why worry about a cupcake?
