If you haven't done it already, check with your doctor about meeting with the Diabetes Educator and dietician at your local hospital. They will be able to help you. I e-mail my BG readings to my Diabetes Educator once a month. Also, when I have my blood work done, I e-mail those results to her, as well. She always gets back to me with either a pat on the back or a "you can do better" note. So, contact your local hospital's Diabetes Educator for some terrific support.
