Hello everyone I got started using an Animas pump in 2004, and I liked it back then, but its broken in the same spot several times and it doesn't have nearly the features that Metronic does, and my endo Dr. just recently suggested that I get the newest version that Metronic has. I am excited when I look at all that it has to offer in comparison to Animas. I can't believe how far behind the times the animas pumps are. Plus now hearing everyone saying good things I feel even better about switching.
