New - in the testing phase
I had blood tests done and came back with a 6.8 on the H1C test. So they had me get a meter and test twice a day. My next appointment is on Thursday where Dr. will review and we will go from there. I am very overweight and sedentary so I am trying to control my eating habits using an app on my iPhone. My highest test number has been a 181 at 4:00 on the first day. I test first thing in the morning and at 4:00 pm. The lowest has been an 85 at 4:00. I am going to have to educate myself on how to eat properly to control this.
