Sync from iPad to iPhone

Hi,
My name is Bud. I cannot sync from my iPad to my iPhone. I noticed some previous threads but there does not seem to be a clear solution. I have the add-on in my iPhone and I am able to sync with my iPad to my computer.
Does anybody have a simple solution?
