Default Type 1 Diabetes For Forty Years

I will be 51 in June, and I have lived with type 1 diabetes since I wad 11. My last A1C was 5.87. I have found that THE most successful way to manage diabetes is by using an insulin pump, testing my bloodsugar multiple times a day, excercising regularly, and eating balenced meals. It also helps to see my Endocrinologist on a regular basis.Managing diabetes is a full time job, but it is most definitely worth it.
