This is an AMAZING app.

Hi,
My Doctor is an old fashion old fart and wants me to write and use a log book. Is he kidding me? Hello, what year you think this is, I said. Anyway, I wish this app can be integrate with SIRI. Now that would be AWESOMENESS.
