I tried to find this by searching the forum, as I'm sure it has been asked before, but had no luck. Sorry for repeating things.
I had gestational in 2008. Afterwards for a while my lab results were ok. My last lab test hA1C was 5.9, my fasting was high and my 1 hour and 2 hour were normal. No one ever suggested testing my glucose before I ate. But I did it recently. What I discovered is that 3 hours after eating I could be as low as 63. I have a appointment with my educator/nutritionist tonight, and will tell her about my discovery, but I thought I would try a little crowd sourcing on the forum too. Any insights or advice? |
