I like apples and peanut butter, blue diamond almond breeze milk on a cup of the new Total honey almond flax cold cereal. Or 1/2 cup great grains ( all flavors are yummy) watch the portion on those grate grains. Bare naked (like most of them) also I love the new to me Flaxmilk . I have to stay away from cow milk coz it gives me (cramps)gas also goats milk is lovely( raised on fresh goats milk) peanut butter smoothly get a basic favorite smoothly recipe and add the peanut butter instead of the other main ingredient. If I get tired of PB I have yogurt I have dannon lite because it's less sugar and salt. I like granola like bare naked About a helping table spoon and I like a little fruit with my yogurt. I get the large container and divy it up for the week. Because I like to add my on imagination I get vanilla flavor so I can add my own, it was hard to figure out a breakfast that was not eggs and bacon and grits, I love oatmeal and fix on the weekends with my grand children they love raisins and cinnamon with brown sugar , I use the Splenda kind. They love it with a little of the sugar free French vanilla cream on the oatmeal too. "International delight" just a little it's yummy.
