Default motivation

So I've had type 1 for 20 years. I am very good at taking my insulin. I use a pen because I feel like it's easier than messing with a pump. I hardly work out and I could stand to lose a few lbs (prob 20) and I hardly test my sugar. I have had slight depression here and there but I think I'm over that. I'm trying to find motivation! Test sugar, exercise, and quit smoking AND drink less blue moon. I used to be great and in control, but now I know all the stuff I should be doing but I'm not doing it. I'm hoping GB will give me some more motivation. Thanks for listening to the rant!
