Questions about Lifting Weights
Hey, I'm Mark,
I have a couple of questions about lifting weights. I'm 13 and want to start lifting weights. The reason is because I have small muscles ( none at all if you ask me ). Apart from using up energy and decreasing my blood sugar level ( which I would be able to control ), is there anything else that could affect my diabetes while lifting weights? My second question are the right weights for me. Here is my info; Male Around 6 stone About 5 Ft 9" I will probably be getting a set of 3 different weights so a minimum weight and maximum weight would be great. And the last question is; are there any good songs that can motivate me while lifting weights? Preferably with as little swearing as possible. Thanks a bunch!! -Mark |
