I'm a T2 diagnosed five years ago with a1c of 7.5. Was going on Meds but liver function was poor so was told to lose weight and count carbs. Lost 40 lbs got sugar under control within a year. Have gained 15 lbs back and am morning highs back in the 140s. Found this link and hoping it will remotivate me.
