new to GB from Cebu, Philippines

Hi im a chef with type 2 diabetes, diagnosed 5 yrs ago. Started with oral meds for the 1st 2 years then graduated to insulin for the next 3 years. I was a smoker and drinks alcohol excessively. When i change my lifestyle. I am now back on pills for my management. Adjusting again.
