Newbie saying hello to you all :)
Hello. My name is Rachel Chae, and been a diebetes for 3 years and a half now. Working off-time every day, I find it hard to keep my daily diet and workout healthy and fit. But I'm gonna do my best. Nice to meet many other people like me!
