Supplements/non traditional approach?
I am looking for good resources to get info on non med approaches to working on Diabetes. I am trying to see if diet, exercise and supplements can keep me of the medications. I would be happy to share what I am trying if anyone is curious. Has anyone tried this approach and had success? I am trying to figure out if I am taking everything that I can that will be helpful (without nasty side effects). I am also trying to figure out how much of each thing, and how often I should be taking them.
Any other alternative treatment ideas?
