I've had really good luck with the Fiber One brands of cereals....the Kashi brands are okay with my numbers, too, but taste like cardboard.

Light yogurt is another thing I sometimes grab.

A can of V8 juice is something I like to keep around because it's easy and I've never been much of a breakfast person. The milk chocolate Slim Fast shakes are good, too (but only the brand name, the off brands taste like chalk). I've also found that most of the Slim Fast brand of meal bars and snack bars taste good, too, and if you look you'll see they're decently balanced regarding protein, fiber, carbs, fat, etc. I've tried other brands of meal bars (like Atkins, South Beach, etc) and most of them don't taste good....some are more tolerable than others, but Slim Fast has been at it all long enough to have figured it out, apparently.

And keep in mind that you don't have to limit breakfast to traditional breakfast foods.
