Hello from Indiana

I am not sure how these forums work but I am anxious to learn and utilize. I was diagnosed with Type II in 1999 and now that I am retired (but not able to get medicare yet - so no insurance).

So with this new available time I can learn more about my diabetes and how to take care of it better.
