Default rapid rise and fall after eating

I've been monitoring my glucose levels for a week. My doctor ordered an A1c test due to my complaints of excessive thirst, frequent urination, and dizziness/light headedness. I also have excessive hunger and sugar cravings. MyA1c came back normal (5.6), but I've been testing my glucose levels to see what sort of spikes I may be having.

I was surprised that my blood glucose levels mostly hang out in the 70s, though I sometimes dip into the 60s. But my post meal pattern is that I might read in the high 70s before eating, then I have a peak at 30 minutes (160 or so), and then I go below my pre-meal reading within an hour. Sometimes I'll have a second spike at 90 minutes (not as high as the first), but I'm always back to normal at2 hours.

Can anyone tell me what this might mean? I should also note that I start getting dizzy and very hungry about 90 minutes to2 hours after I eat.

Is this normal? Or does it look like blood sugar fluctuations are problematic or responsible for why I feel so hungry and lousy?
