Pay attention to when you spike in sugar as everyone is different and try to find a pattern and add whatever sets you off as an off limit or in moderation food.

I'm a little cynical about nutritionists as I was told with my first pregnancy to include breads and milk in my breakfast and those were terrible for my sugars.

I have been eating "SANE" which cuts all starches and sweeteners (stevia is ok) and it's been the best thing for me. Look up carriebrown.com for some great recipes.
