Default morning highs?!

I have been having ridiculously high blood sugars in the mornings. I maybe as low as 80 and wake with a 240. Any ideas of why? I eat a very restricted diet due to diabetes, pancreatitis (caused by to much fat in my blood), and bad acid reflux. Trust me when I say the rule for eating is, "if it taste good spit it out!"

The way I am handling the reads now is to walk from around 8pm to 10pm. This has brought me to mornings of 100-130. Any other ideas to bring it down in the morning? Thanks.
