Default just diagnosed...
Hi. I was just diagnosed as a type 2. I am feeling very overwhelmed and a little lost. There is so much information out there. I have been relying heavily on the American Diabetes Assoc web site. Do any of you have a tried and true website for realistic and yummy recipes?
