A1c results
I just had to share:
Just received a call from my doc: A1C was 6.3 compared to six months ago was 12.6! So excited!!! I just need to make sure I keep up this progress. I've been watching the foods I keep in my house and that has helped me to keep my carbohydrates down. I've also lost 12 lbs...which is just a bonus!
