Hi from Pittsburgh

Recently diagnosed Type II, HbA1c about 7.5 so it's early yet--though a hematologist helpfully told me, "Don't worry, you'll be on insulin very soon."

Meanwhile it's Actos+metformin, diet when I have the willpower, and not much exercise yet.
