Default Help

I have sent several emails to Support in regard to an issue with my GB software. With no reply, I will attempt a resolution on this Forum.

Program: BP + WT was purchased 10-22-11. Program worked as advertised up until 9-15-13. I can no longer add weight entry. So that Order data is not compromised please email me at s_fallen@att.net and I will provide Order and Invoice Numbers.
