Post Sync Error

GB Support,

When I click the sync log button on my iPhone, I receive the following error:

"An unknown error has occurred. Please try again or at a later time.

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC ..."

The above information is displayed in a pop-up message window. Please let me know what I should do.

I'm using GB 3.4 software on the iPhone.
