Uh-oh: Menopause
I've been using this program for a few days now and it's great. I've had Type 2 for about 5 years and never logged until I got my iPhone and I am excited to keep it up. My question is for the ladies in the bunch:
I've just started experiencing peri-menopause symptoms (hot flashes, sweats, etc.). I'm very darn emotional and it has been throwing my Blood Sugars off quite a bit, but I'm not sure it's because I'm stressed or if this is natural during the onset of menopause. Any tips from people who have been where I am now? |
