Thank you so much for posting this! I really enjoyed reading your journey to get your a1c that low! I am constantly trying to lower mine and it seems like a Neverending struggle.

My favorite comment was about the coffee. I always find my glucose numbers really high after only drinking coffee. I thought it was the caffeine but there's no high after tea or diet soda. All my creamers are sugar free and I use Splenda mostly. But you're right-that still has carbs! I've switched to stevia and truvia as a sugar substitute and trying to wean myself from creamer all together. Your post really helped me And made me realize other people are struggling with the same things I go through!
