fasting numbers are 108-112!
Seems like no matter what I try my morning numbers are always between 108-112. My numbers all day are between 110-127. I've tried no snack before bed and get the higher 112, I've tried 1/2 whole wheat English muffin toasted w/ PB and a 6oz glass almond milk and got 108, I even tried 2 s'mores before bed( was @ a bonfire lol ) and got the112again. Any body else have this problem and or a possible solution? Thank u
