Cannot sync information
I started with the light version of GB and was unable to sync logs in that app as I believe it was not enabled. Shortly thereafter upgraded to Pro and now I am unable to sync. Two way upload/download is enabled, I have reset my password on the site, logged in there, reset it on the app, and restarted my phone to no avail.
I am at a loss on how to sync these logs to the site so that I may share them with my doctor. I still have yet to rate this app. |
