Default constipation after weight loss surgery take for diabetes.

Weight loss surgery assisted resolution if my bad eating basis. I noe chew my food

My lifetime highest weight was 293, at operation time I was 260, now six years later I weight 173.6

Obviously, my diabetic blood tests,a1c, etc. are great. I can by clothes off-the-rack, and look good.

Negatives are slight looser skin than pre-fatness, tendency to have nerve tingled on hands and feet while sleeping.

My biggest worry if that constipation might cause me to pop a move and plug the toilet in an highly stressful moment.

My questions are--

- nerve damage fix? Are there any know surgery to reduce the feeling? It interferes with my sleep And mental focus. (I am high functiong).

- constipation. Mega dumps are cool for 12 year log boys. But, not for professional adults. I go a week without a dump, then blammo, the bowl is overflowing with dense waste that require more than a second flush...perhaps a steam shovel.

Due to modesty, I have taken to performing dump duties at McDonalds due to the magnitude of the issue. At least I can sneak away if I cannot get it flushed away after 20 minutes of trying.

Thoughts?
