Sync Error - 454 Unknown Status code

I am attempting to Sync from my iPhone 3 and have received this message several times. Any solutions? I have done this many times before. This error is about two weeks old after "...trying again and returning at a later time."

Sync Satus
An unknown error has occurred.
Please try again or at a later time.

HTTP/1.1 454 Unknown Status Code

<error>Name has already been taken</error></errors>
