Dealing with Low Blood Sugar
I recently had to deal with this and I thought that I would mention some things that we as parents should make sure that we keep on hand. Here is my list:
1. Orange Juice 2. Glucose Tablets 3. Honey; in small plastic bottle with squirt type lid 4. Glucagon Emergency Injection Kit link Here is a pretty good article link with some good information at the bottom. Having this equipment on hand, and knowing how to use it, will most likely save you from making a trip to the emergency room. I pray that you never have to use it!
