What is an average daily difference
Over th course of 2 weeks my daily averages range about 15 points. From a low of 111.5 to a high of 126.7. (Yes I know these are still elevated from the under 100 where I would like them, but in the last 6 weeks I have brought it down from an average of 143.3 with huge discrepancies day to day to where it is now so on the hole I am pretty pleased with how I am doing. Also some of the higher days have been trying various foods to see what they do (nothing terrible, things like a grapefruit or some popcorn. Today was a little bit of whole wheat pasta- not great, but not as bad as I thought it would be!)
Is this variance normal? Also, what is a reasonable weekly target average for someone fairly new to all of this and trying to get it under control?
