Hello from Jakarta

hi i'm Alfred Thanos
i'm 50 this year, over weight and prediabetic type...
since 'blood glucose' removed from iHealth, i found this cool program...
with this program, in addition to controlling my blood sugar level, its helping me to loose weight easily...
this program really motivates me to live a better life.
