Hi there, my name is Gil Silva, I am a Navy veteran and currently live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I was recently informed the great importance that glucose levels take for your body's weight control. I recently purchased a blood glucose monitoring system, I am recording my levels, but do not know how those levels affect my body. It will help me a lot if I could see a chart of some kind or something, to know what those levels that I'm recording mean. I would be greatly appreciate if you assist me with this, and would feel greatly indebted. I'm also greatly excited to become part of this community, would like to see what feedback, and in the long run, me also help with those new comers, it will fun!
