Hi everybody,
My name is Jarrad and I'm a 39 year old male. I had a heart attack at the age of 38 and now the doctor says I have type 2 diabetes. It feels strange because I don't seem to get any of the symptoms. I take two tablets a day and this is suppose to help.

Anyway enough about me, I hope to from you all sooner rather then later.
