Setting Up My Glucose Buddy For Parent and Diabetic Child
My child has type 1 diabetes. I'd like to setup the My Glucose Buddy app on my child's iPod Touch, so my child can enter their glucose readings and insulin shot info. Then I'd like to be able to access and monitor this data via my separate iPhone and also via the glucosebuddy.com web site.
How should I got about setting this up? Should a create an glucosebuddy.com account for my child and a separate account for me that has access to my child's data? Or do I need to setup one account that both my child and I use? Also, what version of the my glucose buddy app do I need, i.e. the free or paid version? If you have any other useful info about a parent and child managing their diabetes via glucosebuddy.com or other web sites or apps, your comments would be welcome. Thanks for your help. |
